2026 City of Novi Community Survey
We need your help in understanding what matters most to the people who call Novi home. The City of Novi is conducting a Community Survey to learn more about residents’ experiences, priorities and perceptions of City services and programs. Your feedback will help City leaders better understand the needs of our community and inform future planning and decision-making.
Your participation is especially valuable. Your responses will remain confidential, and results will be reported only in aggregate form. The City selected ETC Institute, an independent research firm with extensive experience conducting community surveys for local governments across the country, to administer the survey. ETC Institute will collect, compile and analyze the responses and provide the City of Novi with a comprehensive report of the findings.
The results will provide an important snapshot of how residents view our community today and help guide the City as we work to maintain and improve the quality of life and services Novi residents value.
